| We are pleased to offer this 1978 Chevrolet Corvette 25th Anniversary edition. This is a one family owned car, having passed from father to son, from new with just 43,769 original miles. The car has spent its life here in Southern California and is documented with its original window sticker. Totally 100% original. Original untouched body and paint. Totally original interior and totally numbers matching. Chevrolet marked the Corvette's anniversary by introducing the most extensively re-designed model since 1968. New "fastback" rer end styling featured a large rear window. This design created significantly more luggage space behind the rear seats. The interior was also significantly updated. Corvette paced the Indy 500 in 1978. 15,283 Silver Anniversary Edition cars were produced. This car came well equipped from the factory with automatic transmission, power windows, rear- defogger, 25th anniversary package, four-season air conditioning, sport mirrors, cruise control, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, heavy duty battery, aluminum wheels, convenience group, oyster leather buckets, removable roof panels, am/fm radio, power steering and power disc brakes.
